• Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time.

• If you arrive excessively late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
   

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We value your appointment time and reserve it exclusively for you.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• No-show appointments may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service amount.

• Spa Baudoume reserves the right to require a credit card on file for future bookings.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information before receiving services.

6. Retail Products
All retail product sales are subject to availability.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

• Gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
